1333bt Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 1333bt website accessible at 1333bt.ws, including all products, services, games, betting markets, and content available thereon.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who registers an account on the Platform or otherwise uses its services.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means real-money funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit awarded to a Player subject to separate bonus terms and wagering requirements.
• "Restricted Activities" means actions prohibited under these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, multi-accounting, and use of automated software.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an Account on 1333bt, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum and is non-negotiable under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and update it promptly if it changes.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling on 1333bt or any other platform where such exclusion applies to 1333bt.
• You must not be registering on behalf of another person.
• Only one Account is permitted per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. 1333bt reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and transfer or forfeit associated balances.

1333bt reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or closure.

3 Account Security and Access

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must:

• Keep your password confidential and not share it with any third party.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify 1333bt support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Not allow any other person to use your Account or place bets on your behalf.

1333bt will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security. Any activity conducted through your Account will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you have notified us of a security breach prior to that activity occurring.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

All Account deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using a payment method registered in your own name. Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposits made using a payment method not registered in your own name will be reversed and may trigger a fraud investigation.
• 1333bt does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 1333bt accepts no responsibility.
• Funds are available for wagering as soon as a deposit is confirmed. Processing times vary by payment method — bKash and Nagad deposits are typically credited within 60 seconds.
• 1333bt reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing large deposits as part of its anti-money-laundering obligations.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction unless otherwise stated.
• All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification. Unverified accounts may not withdraw funds.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 1333bt Account. No third-party withdrawals are permitted.
• Bonus Funds are subject to separate wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Real-money Balance is withdrawn first; Bonus Funds are applied subsequently.
• 1333bt aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of the receiving payment provider.
• 1333bt reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal pending the outcome of a fraud, security, or responsible gaming investigation.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 1333bt may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotions to Players. The following general conditions apply to all such offers unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Each promotion is intended for one Account per player, per household, and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using different Accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonus Funds carry wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in the specific promotion terms.
• 1333bt reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that Players who have already opted in will be given reasonable opportunity to meet stated requirements.
• Winnings generated from Bonus Funds before wagering requirements are met may be cancelled if the Account is closed or the bonus is forfeited.
• 1333bt reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds or related winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 1333bt are subject to the following general rules:

• A bet is confirmed only when a unique bet reference number is generated and displayed to the Player. Bets placed during a system outage or connectivity failure may be voided.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — including but not limited to odds displayed far outside normal market range — 1333bt reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes, regardless of whether the bet was marked as settled.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment the bet is placed. Late acceptance of bets after material events (e.g., wickets, goals) may result in voiding of the affected bet.
• 1333bt applies a minimum bet of ৳20 on all casino games and a minimum stake of ৳50 on sports betting markets unless a specific game or market states otherwise.
• Results displayed on the Platform are final once confirmed. Complaints regarding game or bet outcomes must be submitted within 30 days of the disputed event.
• 1333bt does not accept bets from Players who are in possession of inside information or who have any influence over the outcome of the event being wagered on.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1333bt and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in games or betting markets. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected bug must be reported immediately; failure to do so will result in forfeiture.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole-card information in live poker variants, or engage in chip dumping.
• Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes. Players who initiate chargebacks will have their Accounts suspended and outstanding balance frozen pending investigation.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or anonymisation service to circumvent geographic or IP-based restrictions.
• Any action intended to disrupt the normal operation of the Platform, including DDoS attacks, SQL injection attempts, or other malicious technical activities.

9 KYC Identity Verification

1333bt operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. All Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed.

• Accepted identity documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or birth registration certificate issued by a Bangladeshi authority.
• Proof of address may be required, such as a recent utility bill, bank statement, or mobile financial service statement issued within the last three months.
• Proof of payment method ownership may be required, such as a screenshot of the registered bKash or Nagad account showing the account holder's name matching the 1333bt Account.
• 1333bt may request enhanced due diligence documentation for large transactions or where unusual account activity is detected.

10 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive on-screen reminders at regular intervals showing how long you have been playing and your net session result.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. During exclusion, your Account will be locked and you will not receive any marketing communications.

11 Intellectual Property

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit any part of the Platform's content in any form without the prior written consent of 1333bt.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• Game content is licensed from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All respective trademarks and content rights remain with those providers.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1333bt, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of funds resulting from Platform unavailability, technical failures, or connectivity issues outside 1333bt's reasonable control.
• Any interruption, delay, or error in the transmission of data between your device and the Platform's servers.
• Losses arising from bets placed in error or misunderstood market terms — it is the Player's responsibility to understand the rules of each market before placing a wager.
• Actions of third-party payment providers, including delayed processing, rejected transactions, or service outages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 1333bt's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter where limitation or exclusion of liability is prohibited by applicable law.

13 Privacy and Data Protection

1333bt collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, customer support, and where you have opted in, marketing communications. 1333bt does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

14 Amendments to These Terms

1333bt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide notice by displaying a prominent notification on the Platform or by sending an in-platform message to registered Players. The updated Terms will state a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of the document.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting support.

15 Account Termination and Suspension

1333bt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, if:

• The Player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity is detected or suspected in connection with the Account.
• The Account has been inactive (no login or transaction) for a continuous period of 12 months.
• A self-exclusion request has been received and confirmed.
• 1333bt is required to do so by applicable law or a competent authority.

Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, any Balance derived from Restricted Activities will be forfeited. Genuine real-money deposits not subject to active bonus wagering requirements will be returned to the Player via the original payment method after any outstanding investigations are concluded.

16 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to 1333bt's customer support team at [email protected] for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. 1333bt's decision on matters relating to game outcomes, bet settlement, and bonus eligibility is final, subject only to manifest error.
